This event recognizes individuals and organizations in Clark County who demonstrate exceptional dedication to enhancing the lives of older adults.

As the elder care industry faces growing challenges — such as workforce shortages, caregiver burnout, and increasing demand — it becomes more important than ever to recognize those who deliver compassionate and outstanding care to our seniors. The Senior Heroes Awards highlight these unsung heroes, giving them the recognition they truly deserve.

Here’s your opportunity to honor these heroes! You can nominate individuals and organizations right now! 

On March 2, 2026, the nominations portal for the 10th Annual Senior Heroes Awards went live! Go to www.seniorawards.org/clark-county to learn more and to nominate your heroes. The nominations are open through June 1, 2026. We will celebrate the awardees on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at the Luepke Center. We are excited to share the joy with the awardees as they are recognized and honored.

Scholarship Opportunity

In addition to the awards, a $2,000 scholarship is available for individuals pursuing certifications such as RN, LPN, LVN, CNA, or NAC, with the goal of working with seniors. Applicants must submit a 60-second video explaining their passion for senior care and how the scholarship will support their career goals. 

The application deadline is June 1, 2026. Upload videos and complete the application at seniorawards.org/clark-county (WIN).
